The Health, Education and Social Services Committee considered                 
SENATE BILL NO. 237 An Act extending the termination date of                   
the Council on Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault and                        
recommended it be replaced with                                                
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 237(HES) An Act                                        
relating to domestic violence and sexual assault;                              
amending Rule 404, Alaska Rules of Evidence; and
